Yes. SimpleChain Testnet runs on test SRW from the official faucet, which has no real value, so sending a GM or deploying a contract costs you nothing real.

The chain ID is 1913 and the public RPC URL is https://rpc-c.simplechain.com. The gas token is SRW, and the block explorer is at https://testnet-explorer.simplechain.com.

Connect your wallet and use Add network to your wallet on this page. Your wallet asks you to approve the new network. To add it by hand, enter chain ID 1913, RPC URL https://rpc-c.simplechain.com and currency symbol SRW.

Use the official SimpleChain faucet at https://www.simplechain.com/developer/faucet. It sends 0.1 SRW once every 24 hours. That is plenty here: PingGM's GM and deploy fees on SimpleChain are tiny, and gas is cheap.
