Terms of Use

PingGM never holds your private keys, seed phrase or funds. You use your own wallet and sign every transaction yourself. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys and the transactions you approve.

Daily GM, contract deployments, B20 launches and referral payouts are blockchain transactions. Once confirmed they cannot be reversed, cancelled or deleted by you or by us, and they are visible to everyone. Check the network, amounts and addresses in your wallet before you sign.

Each transaction pays the network's gas fee, which goes to the network and not to PingGM. GM and contract deployments also include a PingGM fee that the app reads from the smart contract on the selected network and shows before you confirm. Gas and fees can change between the time you view them and the time you sign.

The GM contract allows one GM per wallet per network per UTC day. A second attempt on the same day is rejected by the contract and no GM is recorded.

Referral rewards are calculated and paid by the smart contract. The rate is currently 15% of the qualifying fee, but it is set in the contract and may change. A reward transfer can fail, for example if the referrer's address cannot receive funds. A referral address cannot be your own wallet. See the referral page for details.

Tokens you create on Base Mainnet are real on-chain assets and you are responsible for them, including how you configure and use them. Naming a token a Stablecoin or giving it a fiat currency code does not mean it is backed by any reserves, and PingGM does not provide or guarantee backing. Tokens created on testnets such as Base Sepolia have no value.

PingGM depends on third parties we do not control: wallet software, RPC providers, block explorers and the blockchains themselves. They can be slow, wrong, unavailable or change without notice, and we are not responsible for their behavior.

Nothing on PingGM is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets carry risk, including total loss. Do your own research.

Do not use PingGM to break the law, to attack or abuse the site or the networks it connects to, or to deploy contracts or launch tokens intended to defraud others. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

PingGM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, smart contracts, third-party services or blockchain networks, including lost funds, failed or mistaken transactions and downtime.
