Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

PingGM (pinggm.com) is a non-custodial web app. This page explains what the site does and does not collect. It covers pinggm.com only; the Blog and Store are separate sites.

No accounts, no custody

PingGM has no accounts, passwords or user profiles on our servers. You connect a wallet only to sign transactions. We never hold your private keys or funds, and we cannot move your assets.

Transactions you send (daily GM, contract deployments, B20 token launches, referral payouts) are written to public blockchains. That data is public and permanent, and neither we nor you can delete it.

Analytics (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4)

We load Google Tag Manager on every page, which runs Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and feature use. Google may set cookies or use similar identifiers for this. The site does not currently show a consent banner, and this notice will be updated if one is added.

Our consent defaults allow analytics storage and deny ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization.

The usage events we send contain fields such as:

  • event name, page path and device type (mobile or desktop)
  • chain name and chain ID, and the connected chain
  • wallet connector name (for example, the wallet app you used)
  • for failures, a short failure stage and error category (for example, "user rejected")

We do not send your wallet address, transaction hashes, contract or token addresses, or raw error messages to analytics.

Referral links look like pinggm.com/?ref=0x… and contain the referrer's public wallet address. Page views of those URLs may have included that address in analytics before we enabled query parameter redaction on 2 October 2026; since then, the ref parameter is redacted in Google Analytics.

Session replay and error monitoring (Highlight)

In production, after you first interact with the page, we load Highlight (highlight.io) to record errors and sessions so we can fix bugs. It may capture page interactions, console output and network request metadata (we turn off recording of request headers and bodies). Do not enter secrets into the site; the app never asks for your seed phrase or private key.

What is stored in your browser

PingGM stores a few items in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us:

  • pinggm_referrer: the referrer address from a referral link you opened, used when you send a transaction
  • pinggm_gm_tx_hashes_by_chain and pinggm_deploy_tx_hashes_by_chain: your recent transaction hashes, so the app can show your last transaction (earlier versions used pinggm_gm_tx_hashes and pinggm_deploy_tx_hashes)
  • pinggm_favorite_chain_ids: the chains you marked as favorites (earlier versions used pinggm_favorites)
  • wallet connection state kept by wagmi, RainbowKit and WalletConnect

You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

Third-party services

  • Public RPC providers: when you use the app, your browser or wallet sends requests (including your wallet address and transactions) to blockchain RPC endpoints for the selected network.
  • WalletConnect / Reown: used for wallet connections.
  • Formspree: processes messages sent through the contact form. If you use it, we receive the name, email, website, X handle, message type, subject and message you enter.
  • Cloudflare: our CDN and security layer, which processes requests to the site (including IP addresses) to deliver and protect it.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We may show ads served by Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. To learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. To opt out of Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Children

PingGM is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for anyone who cannot lawfully use blockchain applications in their country.
